My story starts nearly two decades ago with pain I couldn't escape.

For almost 18 years, I have lived with:

- constant headaches

- Chronic Lyme disease and co-infections

- deep inflammation

- exhaustion so heavy I could barely think

- hormone imbalances

- gut issues

- mood instability

- severe anxiety

- joint pain

- depression (off and on)

- loneliness that comes from constant silent pain

- and the weight of feeling like I was slowly losing myself

It all started from a basketball injury my Sophomore year of High School (2008). I will share more of the first eight years in blog posts soon.

Fast forward to 2015, three weeks after I got married I came down with Lyme disease and several co-infections.

For years I tried everything. specialists, protocols, injections, hospital visits, medications, natural remedies, chiropractors and more!

Some helped for a moment, but nothing ever brought real change.

I am a wife, a homeschool momma, a follower of Jesus who believe God is faithful no matter what. But I was tired.

And then something shifted.

First I began switching our home to non-toxic living and then God brought the first frequency-charged nutritional supplements into my life.

This is when my life was turned upside down, for the better!

My pain lowered.

My inflammation eased.

My mood lifted.

My mind cleared.

My vision became brighter.

My anxiety lightened.

My energy increased.

And the full body pain that consumed my days began to quiet.

For the first time in 10 years, I felt a new hope.

I truly believe God changed my heart then guided me to these answers. He didn't cause my pain but He never wasted it. He uses it to shape my faith, my dependence on Him, my motherhood, my marriage and this journey that you are reading today!
